Lightweight with enough heft to fold over flat with scalloped edges and sweet soft hints of rosy pink and green. They say "summer girl" ~ the shams are a nice complement as well. FYI ~ the sides don't go all the way to the floor (on a standard height) so I placed them on top of an oversized white comforter.

Finally! I have treated myself to white linens. No more catering to a husband or live-in boyfriend. I am happy to bask in my inner girly girl, with a scallop edge. Okay, my night stand is a Hitachi table saw - but, I LOVE this quilt. It can be contemporary/modern, traditional or shabby chic. I bought the king size for my full size bed because I made the frame high enough for clothing storage bins underneath.
I always buy king size for a full or queen so it hits the floor. It washed great and the 2 shams are king size - so get bigger pillows (on my to do list.) I'm a big fan of cotton/matelasse quilts and look forward to pairing this with a white down comforter when the weather turns colder. It is simple with a tiny splash of color - so easy to match. Well made.
