After over a month of asking, probing, etc. I finally got a return credit for $18.75 less than I paid (not including shipping). I later found an a very unclear and hidden reference to the "restocking fee". I tried tightening up the straps to keep the pads in place better, and perhaps I tightened it too much because 2 days later the straps on the upper pad ripped right out from the weight of someone moving around in the chair. The next day, the straps on the lower pad ripped as well! The thread used to attach the straps appeared to be too light weight. I tried contacting the manufacturer through their website and never got a reply.
