Beware of the $18.75 restocking fee!, September 21, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Greendale Home Fashions Jumbo Rocking Chair Cushion Set Hyatt fabric, Burgundy (Kitchen) This cushion was far too thick for my rocking chair, so I immediately called the company, got a RMA, put it in its packaging, paid the FedEX fee (they would not do USPS), and promptly sent it back. After over a month of asking, probing, etc. I finally got a return credit for $18.75 less than I paid (not including shipping). I later found an a very unclear and hidden reference to the "restocking fee". Buyer beware, because I wasn't!

I tried tightening up the straps to keep the pads in place better, and perhaps I tightened it too much because 2 days later the straps on the upper pad ripped right out from the weight of someone moving around in the chair. The next day, the straps on the lower pad ripped as well! The thread used to attach the straps appeared to be too light weight. I tried contacting the manufacturer through their website and never got a reply. I would not order this product again.

This set was larger, and was a much better fit for my glider rocker. Thick cushions, which I like. Good price. Great way to update the look of a room.
